Zelenskyy arrives in Paris

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has arrived in Paris, where he was welcomed by French President Emmanuel Macron.
On the morning of 17 November, Zelenskyy and his team landed at Air Base 107 in Villacoublay, a suburb of Paris, where Emmanuel Macron greeted him with an official ceremony.
The Ukrainian president's visit to France had been announced the previous week. It was reported that the two presidents would discuss a range of issues concerning bilateral cooperation.
Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine and France would sign a "historic agreement" that day to strengthen Ukraine's Air Force capabilities.
The following day, 18 November, Zelenskyy will travel to Madrid.
