Radosław Sikorski, Polish Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, has presented the Iranian-made Shahed-type drone, which Russia uses in its war against Ukraine, to the British Parliament.

Sikorski was addressing the UK parliament at a United Against Nuclear Iran (UANI) event, where an Iranian-made Shahed-136 attack drone was displayed.

"Today in the UK parliament, I presented the Iranian Shahed-136 drone, which Russia uses against Ukraine," Sikorski wrote on X.

Sikorski said that the Kremlin employs such drones to terrorise Ukrainians and has used decoy drones to violate Polish airspace.

"The drone cannot reach London, but a fleet of scrap metal can destroy critical infrastructure. Only together can we prevail."

In February, Sikorski brought a Shahed-type attack drone shot down by Ukrainian forces to the Conservative Political Action Conference in the US.

After the first large-scale incursion of Russian drones into Poland, discussions intensified over creating a drone wall along the European Union's eastern borders, as well as the possibility of Poland and its neighbours taking part in shooting down aerial targets over Ukraine. Sikorski personally supports this idea.
