Polish Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maciej Wiewióra said the visit is a gesture of support for Ukraine in its struggle.
"This is an expression of support for Ukraine, which is fighting. The harder Russia attacks, the more Ukraine needs to be supported," Wiewióra was quoted as saying by Polsat News.
This week, Radosław Sikorski hinted that President Karol Nawrocki could use his friendship with US leader Donald Trump to help Ukraine.
Sikorski also believes that Russian leader Vladimir Putin has made the same mistake once made by Nazi Germany.
