Ignazio Cassis, Chairman-in-Office of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and Swiss Foreign Minister, who visited Kyiv earlier this week, has arrived in Moscow on an official visit.

OSCE Secretary General Feridun Sinirlioğlu arrived in the Russian capital together with Cassis.

"Dialogue requires engagement with all sides. This is how the OSCE reaffirms its role as a platform for dialogue and its readiness to support efforts towards a just and lasting peace, in line with international law and the Helsinki Principles," Cassis wrote on X.

Following Cassis and Sinirlioğlu's visit to Ukraine, the OSCE said that it had the "tools" to support peace after the cessation of hostilities.

In Moscow, Cassis is set to hold talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
