Polish media outlet releases footage of object identified by Ukraine as Russian Kh-101 falling in Lublin Voivodeship

A Polish media outlet has released CCTV footage showing the moment an object that violated the country's airspace on the night of 29-30 July fell in Lublin Voivodeship. The Ukrainian side says it was a Russian Kh-101 missile.

As reported by bilgoraj.com.pl, a local news outlet, the footage was recorded by a camera installed on a house in Turobin gmina, around 8 km from Tarnawa-Kolonia, where the object fell and left a crater.4

A powerful explosion can be heard in the video. The camera timestamp shows that the object fell at 03:45 (04:45 Kyiv time).

Wirtualna Polska reported that the Polish government is leaning towards the view that it was a Russian missile that fell in Lublin Voivodeship, near the village of Tarnawa-Kolonia, on the night of 29-30 July.

Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said it was a Russian Kh-101 cruise missile.

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk rearranged his schedule and rushed to Lublin Voivodeship, where an unidentified object fell overnight.
