Finland has brought charges against Russian neo-Nazi Yan Petrovsky for committing five war crimes on the territory of Ukraine. Petrovsky belongs to Sabotage Assault Reconnaissance Group Rusich, a Russian far-right and neo-Nazi paramilitary unit.
