Ukraine and Czechia have signed a bilateral security agreement following the Group of Seven's Vilnius Declaration on security guarantees for Ukraine. This is the 24th such agreement.

Ukraine and Slovenia have signed a bilateral security agreement in continuation of the G7 declaration on security guarantees for Ukraine.

The German government has approved the draft budget for 2025, which includes a twice smaller amount of aid to Ukraine compared to that in 2024, after lengthy debate.

The compromise draft budget, which the German government is expected to approve on Wednesday after lengthy debates within the coalition, includes two times less funding to support Ukraine than in 2024.
