Polish President Reveals Details of Zelenskyy's Upcoming Visit to Warsaw

The visit of Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to Poland is symbolic and will involve face-to-face talks between the heads of state s and part of delegations.

This was reported to the PAP agency by the head of the Office of the President of Poland, Grażyna Ignaczak–Bandych.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy's visit will last one day. First Lady Olena Zelenska will join him on this trip to Poland.

"This visit is symbolic: President Zelenskyy is coming officially, it will be announced," Ignaczak–Bandych underlined.

She has added that it is going to be a "full-scale" visit to officially begin with a welcoming ceremony in the courtyard of the presidential palace.

"Next, there will be face-to-face talks, then delegation talks, and then... a meeting with people - Poles, Ukrainians," said the head of the Polish President's office.

Ignaczak–Bandych points out that Zelenskyy is "very interested" in meeting Poles, as well as Ukrainians living in Poland.

She assured that the Polish state and services are appropriately prepared for the organisation of such a visit. "This visit should be safe. We are coordinating with all services, not only with the State Emergency Service but with intelligence. Everyone is working at the highest level of dedication," she said.

On Monday, it became known that the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy would visit Poland on Wednesday, April 5.
