German Chancellor Friedrich Merz has hosted Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at his chancellery in Berlin, where Zelenskyy arrived for a videoconference with US President Donald Trump and other European leaders.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has issued a response to the ruling party of Georgia for its use of footage depicting the damage caused by Russia’s full-scale aggression against Ukraine in its election campaign.

Following Russia’s attack on Kyiv during the night of 3-4 July, which damaged the consular section of Poland’s embassy, Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski phoned US President’s special envoy Keith Kellogg and called for a resumption of arms supplies to Ukraine.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has held a telephone conversation with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, during which he outlined the work done on a new draft law to strengthen Ukraine’s anti-corruption infrastructure.
