Kuleba Interrupts His African Tour and Heads Back to Ukraine

Monday, 10 October 2022

Ukraine's Foreign Minister, Dmytro Kuleba, is urgently returning to Ukraine on Monday morning, interrupting his Africa tour, due to massive Russian missile attacks.

Kuleba noted on his Twitter that he has been in constant contact with partners since early morning to coordinate a resolute response to Russian attacks.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed the people of Ukraine from near the building of the Presidential Office in central Kyiv and urged them to remain in shelters on 10 October as, throughout the course of the morning, Russia had already launched nearly 100 missiles and attacked the country with Iranian-made drones.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba emphasized that Ukraine will not break down and that these attacks were a response to all appeasers who want to talk with Putin about peace.
