The TV channel TVN24 has published footage of Zelenskyy's arrival by train to Przemyśl, near the Polish-Ukrainian border. The journalists saw him on December 21 but did not disclose the specific time.

A representative of the White House said that US President Joe Biden will announce a new significant assistance package to Ukraine worth about $2 billion, which will include a battery of Patriot air defence systems.
