Zelenskyy arrives in Sweden

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in Sweden on Wednesday 22 October.
Zelenskyy began his visit to Sweden following a trip to Norway.
The Ukrainian president was welcomed by Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson, with whom he is set to hold an official meeting to discuss Russia's war against Ukraine and bilateral defence cooperation between Sweden and Ukraine.
During Zelenskyy's visit to Oslo earlier the same day, Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre announced the allocation of NOK 1.5 billion (approx. US$98.3 million) to help provide Ukraine with electricity and heating ahead of the winter season.
On 21 October, Sweden announced a contribution of €35 million through the World Bank to help Ukraine prepare for winter.
