Dutch foreign minister arrives in Kyiv
Dutch Foreign Minister David van Weel arrived in Kyiv on 28 October for a visit.
"Day after day, Russia terrorises Ukrainians with its horrific attacks. Innocent people are suffering. With winter around the corner, families are left without power and gas. My message today in Kyiv: Ukraine can count on our maximum support to fight the Russian aggressor," van Weel wrote on X.

It is worth noting that early parliamentary elections will be held in the Netherlands on Wednesday 29 October.
They are taking place after Geert Wilders' far-right Party for Freedom (PVV) left Dick Schoof's cabinet in early June, breaking up the governing coalition.
