Participants in Coalition of the Willing meeting in Paris revealed
Leaders of 27 countries are taking part in the Coalition of the Willing meeting in Paris on Tuesday 6 January. Another four countries are represented at the level of ministers, four at the level of ambassadors and special envoys, and the heads of the EU and NATO are also present, the Ukrainian delegation said.
A total of 35 countries and two international organisations are participating in the Coalition of the Willing meeting in Paris on 6 January.
Twenty-seven countries are represented at the leaders' level: France, Britain and Germany, all three of which are chairing the meeting, as well as Albania, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden, Czechia, Poland and Ukraine.
NATO is represented by Secretary General Mark Rutte and General Alexus Grynkewich, Supreme Allied Commander Europe.
Austria, Türkiye, Cyprus and Ireland are represented at the level of ministers.
Japan, Australia and New Zealand are represented at the ambassadorial level.
As European Pravda previously reported, participating leaders will commit to supporting Ukraine across five areas during the meeting of the Coalition of the Willing in Paris on Tuesday 6 January, including the deployment of multinational armed forces on Ukrainian territory.
From the US side, adviser to President Donald Trump and his Special Envoy Steve Witkoff will travel to France for the meeting. In addition, the event will be attended by the American leader's son-in-law Jared Kushner, who is also part of the negotiating group within the peace process.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in Paris for the meeting.
