Moldovan PM arrives in Kyiv on official visit
Moldovan Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu has arrived in the Ukrainian capital on the morning of 10 February on an official visit.
"On behalf of the people of Moldova, I bring a clear message of solidarity. We stand with Ukraine as neighbours and friends, united in our commitment to a just and lasting peace and to our shared EU future," Munteanu wrote on Х.
Munteanu added that he is scheduled to hold talks with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko during his visit to Kyiv.

In autumn 2025, Moldovan President Maia Sandu officially appointed businessman Alexandru Munteanu as prime minister. Prior to that, he had lived in Ukraine for more than 20 years.
