Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dmytro Kuleba, is heading to the United Nations headquarters in New York on a working visit.

As stated by the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kuleba's visit will take place on July 17-18. On Monday, he will participate in a ministerial meeting of the UN Security Council on Russia's aggression against Ukraine and a high-level event to mark the 25th anniversary of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

On July 18, Dmytro Kuleba will speak at the UN General Assembly debate on the situation in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

In addition, the Minister will also hold a series of bilateral talks with foreign colleagues, the leadership of the United Nations Development Programme, and will talk to a group of the African Union Permanent Representatives to the UN.

Kuleba has recently stated that he does not yet see an intensification of calls for negotiations with Russia but expects it by the end of the year.

He also urged partners not to heed Russia's threats regarding the provision of Western fighter jets to Ukraine.
