Kuleba to Travel to Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands to Discuss Sanctions and Arms Supplies

On May 11-18, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, will participate in G7 and EU events and hold talks with the leadership of Germany and the Netherlands.

This is stated in the message of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

On May 11-14 in Berlin, the Minister will hold meetings with members of the German government and the Bundestag to discuss further arms supplies to Ukraine, expansion of sanctions against Russia, promotion of Ukraine's EU membership, and intensification of trade and postwar development of Ukraine.

On May 13, in Lubeck, Kuleba will participate in the meeting of G7 Foreign Ministers, where he will voice practical proposals for implementing the agreements reached during the G7 video conference with the participation of the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on May 8.

On May 15-16, the Foreign Minister of Ukraine will visit Brussels, where he will participate as a special guest in the meeting of the EU Council on Foreign Affairs. The key topics will be the future of Europe and Ukraine's role in it, the sixth package of EU sanctions against Russia, which should include an embargo on Russian oil, bringing Russia to justice for its crimes in Ukraine, and offering Ukraine an EU candidate status.

Kuleba will also hold talks with the European Commission on supporting the Ukrainian economy, rebuilding destroyed infrastructure, and increasing humanitarian aid.

On May 17-18, the Minister will visit The Hague, where he will meet members of the Dutch government and parliament. During his visit, Kuleba will also pay special attention to the promotion of Ukraine's lawsuits against Russia in international courts to bring Russia to justice for its crimes against Ukraine and the Ukrainian people.
