The State Emergency Service of Ukraine has received specialised equipment from Germany.

This was reported by the press office of the State Emergency Service.

28 units of specialised were handed over to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Rivne region on December 30.

Ukrainian rescuers received, in particular, hoists, manipulator cranes, fuel fillers, dump trucks, tankers, trucks with generators. The special equipment was donated by the Federal Technical Assistance Agency THW. The certificate was personally handed over by the German Ambassador to Ukraine, Anka Feldhusen.

THW is a German federal civil protection organisation, which is controlled by the German federal government.

Earlier, the agency reported that it had already sent 355 aid vehicles from Germany to Ukraine and neighbouring countries.
