Lithuania has announced a new assistance package intended to support Ukraine.

According to the Minister of Defense of Lithuania, the new aid package will include, among other things, "millions of units of ammunition" and anti-drone equipment.

"Lithuania is preparing a new shipment of support for Ukraine. Millions of ammunition units, anti-drones... In two weeks, after the Ramstein format meeting we will announce more information about the support for the fighting," tweeted Arvydas Anušauskas, Lithuanian Defence Minister.

On May 25, during a meeting of the Contact Group on Defence Matters in Ukraine, Anušauskas announced a military assistance package to Kyiv, which includes anti-drone equipment, ammunition, dry food rations, and other assistance.

Prior to this, Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda had announced the preparation of military assistance in March.

As reported by "European Pravda," Vilnius has provided military assistance to Kyiv totalling 409 million euros. A significant part of it consists of training for Ukrainian troops.
