Office of Poland's President Believes That Hottest Phase of Dispute with Ukraine Is Behind

Thursday, 10 August 2023

Paweł Szrot, the Head of the Office of the President of Poland, has stated that the hottest phase of the dispute between Poland and Ukraine is now in the past.

Paweł Szrot shared in an interview with Polskie Radio that the head of the presidential Office of International Policy, Minister Marcin Przydacz, received a personal invitation from the Ukrainian side for negotiations in Saudi Arabia, which took place over the weekend.

According to him, this indicates an improvement in relations.

"I think this (presumably, grain exports – Ed.) is not the only difference between us. In the future, of course, they will arise. We need to approach this calmly and work towards their resolution. So that the relations between our countries are good and get better," added Paweł Szrot.
