Zelenskyy arrives at NATO summit in Ankara

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in Ankara on Tuesday for the NATO summit.

Zelenskyy is expected to give an address at the Defence Industry Forum, hold a number of bilateral meetings and participate in the dinner for NATO member state leaders, at which US President Donald Trump is also expected to attend.

Media previously reported that Trump will meet Zelenskyy on the sidelines of the NATO summit.

It was reported that the final declaration of the NATO summit in Ankara on 7-8 July will include a statement that Russia poses a threat to Euro-Atlantic security, as well as a pledge by Alliance member states to provide Ukraine with €70 billion in military support per year in 2026-2027.

A NATO-Ukraine Council meeting at a level of foreign ministers will also take place during the NATO summit in Ankara on 7-8 July.
