Mark Rutte, Dutch Prime Minister, is visiting Kyiv.

NOS reports that Rutte has honoured the memory of the fallen defenders of Ukraine at the memorial wall of St. Michael's Cathedral, and a meeting with Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the President of Ukraine, is yet to come.

Photos of the prime minister from Mykhailivska Square have also been published.

Last time, Rutte personally came to Ukraine in July.

The Netherlands officially announced plans to provide Ukraine with two launchers of the Patriot anti-aircraft missile system and a number of missiles. Together with Denmark, the country will also finance the modernisation of about a hundred Leopard 1 tanks, which are currently in industrial warehouses in Germany.

In addition, Rutte hinted that the country was ready to consider providing Ukraine with F-16 fighter jets and "did not rule out any assistance".

The total volume of military aid from the Netherlands to Ukraine exceeded one billion euros.
