US Delivers Generator for One of Key Cargo Checkpoints on Border with Poland
The United States has donated a powerful generator for the railway cargo checkpoint on the border with Poland, which will allow it to operate smoothly in the event of power outages.
The 50 kW generator was delivered last week and installed at the Ukrzaliznytsia railway checkpoint in Volyn Oblast.
"This generator will ensure that one of Ukraine’s largest cargo border crossings keeps working even during power outages, so grain exports can continue without interruption," US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink wrote on Twitter.
